After having chosen the ‘drinking water’ as the final concept, Ellie and I started with several initial ideas that unfortunately did not work. An example is the tea bag or zine, or a video ad. It wasn’t easy to create a boundary object that had to do with water as it was a fairly common concept. In the end, we decided to create an app watch called ‘Replenish’ that could be used to remind people to drink water daily and in a unique way with different stages of the day in order to encourage the user to keep replenished around the clock with their new duty to look after the planet Earth. The target audience are students, pregnant women and old people (who need to drink a lot of water daily).
