The Brief:
The challenge of this brief was to create a piece of speculative design to better support people living with HIV. The brief was in collaboration with the research program INTUIT, who are looking for ways design can provide more trusted interaction with health and lifestyle data in people living with HIV. To support our design outcome, INTUIT required a visual context review identifying the current needs and gaps in the market where design can help.
My Response:
I created a new artificial intelligence app, named Guide, to support people living with HIV better manage all their health and lifestyle data. Guide allowed users to personalise their own AI advisor who can answer any questions related to HIV and provide suggested resources to help their situation. The app also enables uses to log daily data relating to medication, mental health, exercise, diet and drugs and alcohol usage. This data is monitored by the AI advisor who will provide weekly trends and suggested ways to improve their health.
