This project involved working with a live client in order to improve their current employee survey service, specifically in regards to its accessibility levels. We met with the company weekly in order to firstly highlight the potential areas of improvement, before reviewing students proposed solutions.
Due to fact that the Hive service is used by a wide variety of users I suggested the introduction of a virtual assistant alongside a selection of accessibility features.
The assistant is designed to help those users with a potentially lower computer literacy level to navigate through the platform with ease. The specific accessibility filters focused upon helping individuals with various disabilities, from colour-blindness to dyslexia to hearing difficulties.
