As part of a live brief working with Hive HR, I was challenged to design an accessible and inclusive interface that would help to engage more employees in their place of work through conducting meaningful and constructive feedback.
The Hive app is an employee feedback and survey platform that promotes an honest people-focussed work place culture. The community app is about more than just surveys and gives employees a voice — encouraging people to become more active in their workplace through community suggestion boards and peer to peer recognition. A.I. functionality provides employers with instant insight to how their workforce is feeling with emotion recognition upon login.
