Hive, a Newcastle-based HR agency that provides an employee survey service, were trying to address issues of accessibility that might prevent employees from different sectors from providing workplace feedback.

With my research suggesting that one of the main barriers was the need for pc access, I decided to design a mobile application through which employees could access the Hive system instead. The inclusion of an app would allow employees to complete surveys and leave feedback on-the-go, rather than forcing them to access a pc.
