In partnership with Civinet, this project revolved around the creation of a centralised system, which would allow for streamlined progression through paediatric hospital services.
Aimed at both family members and professional stakeholders, this application would efficiently track a childs’ progress with each care provider by having access to an inclusive app. By signing up securely, a parent/guardian can easily control appointments, future meetings and navigate through healthcare workers’ contact details. Overall, this centralised system allows healthcare to go paperless and be more readily available in real-time.
