Chukwuyem Akumah – Digital Innovation Project

As part of a live brief working with SoPost, I was challenged to Develop this successful ‘business to business’ (B2B) tech startup by creating a new business to consumer-facing brand, enhancing its User Experience whilst minimising disruption to the B2B brand itself.

In response to this challenge, I established a subsidiary brand “Jumbl by SoPost” (mostly referred to as “Jumbl”) as the new business to consumer-facing brand.

Jumbl is a product sampling brand targeted at consumers to help them discover free product samples from the comfort of their homes.

My design outcome consisted of three parts; I firstly established and designed a brand identity and a respective brand guideline for the new B2C brand. Then, in order to enhance the User Experience, I further designed a simple, responsive website that facilitated the process of signing up and ordering free samples. Lastly, I created a product campaign video which demonstrated the sign up process for getting a free personalised Jumbl box.
